Can we tour the space before booking?
Of course! We encourage all potential clients to schedule a tour of our venue. Our team will be happy to show you around, answer any questions you have and discuss your event accommodations.
How many guests can your venue accommodate?
With over 5,000 square feet of space to use, our venue can easily accommodate any gathering.
Is there parking available for guests?
Yes, we have ample parking available on-site for both guests and vendors. Our parking areas are located around and in front of our venue, all around River Valley Orthodontics and east of River Valley Orthodontics.
What is included in your rental package?
We have 3 packages available that cover a variety of needs and inclusions, from space rental only to a full-service event. Book a tour and come in to review packages, pricing and customize your event.
How far in advance should we book the venue?
It's recommended to book our venue as early as possible to secure your desired date. Popular months, such as spring and summer, tend to fill up quickly. Contact us to check availability and start the booking process.
Can we bring our own vendors, such as caterers and decorators?
Absolutely! We understand the importance of personalizing your event. You are welcome to bring your preferred vendors for food catering, decor, floral and entertainment. If you need recommendations, we can provide a list of trusted vendors we've worked with in the past.
What types of events can be hosted at your venue?
Our beautiful event venue is perfect for any gathering or celebration! As Burley's premier award-winning venue, we offer a gorgeous backdrop for every gathering.
Is alcohol allowed at The Shanty Bell?
Yes! You can add the bar service to any event! We have a variety of beverages and specialty drinks to choose from. We do not however, allow any outside alcohol in or around the venue.
